Keep track of latest updates of all Adobe Products. Right after doing that, I got the serial number and I was able to install the program without issues (you also need to download the program from Adobe's site, just searching for 'Download Acrobat Pro 2020' will get you the downloadd page for both the windows and Mac versions).
